Scope of Work:
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT):
- Objective: To ensure that the security and telecommunication systems meet the specified requirements and standards before they are installed on-site.
- Procedure:
- Define the acceptance criteria based on OMV standards and Ericsson’s technical solution.
- Prepare a test plan that outlines the specific tests to be conducted.
- Assemble the necessary equipment and personnel for testing.
- Perform functional and performance testing of each system component.
- Document test results and discrepancies.
- Generate a FAT report with pass/fail results and recommendations for addressing any issues.

- Elaboration of Precommissioning Procedure

- Operator Manual:
- Objective: To provide operators with comprehensive documentation for the security and telecommunication systems.
- Procedure:
- Compile detailed operating instructions for each system component.
- Include troubleshooting guides and maintenance procedures.
- Provide system schematics, network diagrams, and component specifications.
- Ensure that the manual is user-friendly and easily accessible.
- Review the manual with operators and incorporate their feedback.
- Distribute the final manual to all relevant personnel and maintain version control.
