Scope of Work:
- Preventive and Curative Maintenance of PFC and PF3 Sites.
- Installation Activities Related to the Fire & Gas System on ASPP2 and ASPF3 Platforms:
- Installation Planning: Detailed planning of the installation process, including the selection of equipment, cable routing, and safety considerations.
- Equipment Installation: Mounting and connecting fire and gas system components, such as detectors, alarms, control panels, and communication devices.
- Cable Installation: Pulling and securing cables for power and data transmission.
- Testing and Commissioning: Ensuring that the fire and gas system is installed correctly and functions as intended, including conducting alarm tests and calibrations.
- Documentation: Properly documenting the installation process, including “as-built” drawings and equipment manuals.
- E&I Installation Activities:
- Electrical Installation: Installation of electrical components, such as wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and lighting, in accordance with safety and electrical codes.
- Instrumentation Installation: Installing various instrumentation devices, such as sensors, transmitters, and controllers, for monitoring and controlling processes.
- Calibration: Precisely adjusting and configuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements and control.
- Safety Checks: Ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation installations comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Execution of Modification and Upgrading Works
- Calibration, Functional Test, and Inspections
