Scope of Work :
- Supply of the Automatic Flare Ignition System by Tesi KDE Italian Partner
- Installation of Ignition Pilot (ATEX Equipment, Tubing, Connection, Pulling of Cables, Cable Trays, Welding, etc.)
- ATEX Equipment: Ensure that all equipment used is compliant with ATEX (Atmosphere Explosible) directives, which are European regulations regarding equipment used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
- Tubing: Install the necessary tubing relative to the pilot for the ignition process.
- Connection: Properly connect all components, ensuring they are securely fastened and leak-free.
- Pulling of Cables: Install the required electrical cables for the system, making sure they are correctly routed and protected.
- Cable Trays: Install cable trays to organize and support the electrical cables.
- Welding: Perform welding necessary to secure components in place, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
- Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-Up
