Scope of Work:

  • Condition Assessment of Equipment:
    • Conduct a thorough inspection and assessment of all existing electrical equipment, including MV and LV components.
    • Document the current condition of each piece of equipment, noting any signs of wear, damage, or defects.
  • Identification of Possible Cable Routes:
    • Survey the project site to identify potential routes for MV and LV cables.
    • Consider factors such as safety, accessibility, and environmental conditions when selecting cable routes.
  • Study of Interconnection with MV Panel and Control Panel:
    • Evaluate the feasibility of connecting MV and LV cables to the MV panel and control panel.
    • Ensure that the interconnection complies with safety standards and regulations.
  • Interconnection Engineering: Develop detailed engineering documentation for the interconnection phase, which includes:
    • Interconnection diagrams that illustrate how the cables will be connected to the panels and other equipment.
    • A comprehensive list of cables, specifying their types, sizes, and lengths.
    • A Materials Takeoff (MTO) that lists all the materials and components required for the project.
    • Drawing(s) of cable trays or conduit systems, showing the proposed routing of cables.
  • Installation, Precommissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up:
    • Execute the physical installation of MV and LV cables and associated equipment according to the engineering documentation.
    • Perform precommissioning checks to ensure that all connections are properly made and that safety measures are in place.
    • Conduct commissioning procedures, including functional tests, to verify that the entire electrical system operates as intended.
    • Oversee the start-up phase to bring the system into full operation.
